Inno-Biz Association Holds Graduation Ceremony for 4th Next Generation Executives Academy
Completion of 11-Week Program Yields 29 Graduates
The Inno-Biz Association (Korea Federation of Innovation-driven Enterprises) announced on the 16th that it held the ‘Graduation Ceremony of the 4th Inno-Biz Next Generation Executives Academy’.
The ceremony was attended by 29 members of the fourth class, Gwangcheon Jeong, Chairman of the Inno-Biz Association, Sunyoung Kang, Senior Vice Chairman, Kihyun Lee, Chairman of the Training Promotion Committee, Hyunju Jang, President of the CEO Alumni Association, as well as alumni from the first to third classes.

View original imageThe event began with a special lecture titled ‘Survival Strategies in the Age of AGI’ by Professor Daesik Kim of KAIST. The ceremony then acknowledged trainees who contributed to program operations and strengthening the alumni community, and provided an opportunity to share the educational achievements and activities to date. There was also a session to introduce the executive team of the alumni association and to foster exchanges among members from different graduating classes.
The Inno-Biz Next Generation Executives Academy is an educational program designed to equip the next generation of leaders at Inno-Biz enterprises with the management competencies required for the era of artificial intelligence (AI) and AI transformation (AX), as well as to lay the foundation for sustainable growth.
The association ran the 4th academy as an 11-week program from May to July, providing practical, field-oriented education to adapt to rapidly changing management environments in areas such as: AI-based organizational management and leadership, performance management strategies for the AI era, negotiation strategies, AX-driven management innovation, discovery of new business models, new product planning, and M&A strategies.
