View original imageKB Kookmin Bank announced on the 16th that it had signed a “Financial Business Agreement for Revitalizing the KOSDAQ Market and Enhancing the Global Competitiveness of KOSDAQ-Listed Companies” with the KOSDAQ Association the previous day.
This agreement was established to expand productive financial support for KOSDAQ-listed firms and to provide customized solutions by linking corporate finance and capital market services, thereby helping innovative companies achieve sustainable growth.
Through the agreement, the two organizations will create a customized financial support system for KOSDAQ Association member companies by connecting corporate finance and capital market services. They will provide tailored financial solutions for each stage of business growth, including corporate loans with special preferential interest rates, as well as investment, equity capital market (ECM), and debt capital market (DCM) services.
On-site wealth management (WM) consulting and ESG (environmental, social, and governance) management consulting will also be offered. Services such as asset management seminars, expert counseling, discounts on KB Liiv Mobile plans, and family office services for top-tier CEO clients will be provided.
