On July 16, Shinhan University announced that it had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Soft& Co., Ltd. to promote the use of edutech, holding the signing ceremony in Seminar Room 4 on the 3rd floor of the university’s Mideum Hall.

The signing ceremony was attended by major representatives from the university, including Shin Jongwoo, Head of the AI Convergence Division; Ahn Youngnam, Director of the Chaplain Office; Park Jinwoo, Director of General Affairs; and Kim Hongkyu, Head of the Teaching and Learning Center; along with Jung Sinu, Director of Soft& Co., Ltd.

The ceremony, moderated by Lee Seungcheol, Head of the AI Convergence Team, included welcoming remarks from the representatives of both parties, an introduction to the cooperation details, the signing and exchange of the agreement, and a commemorative photo session.

This agreement was established in response to the rapidly changing educational landscape and aims to build innovative educational models utilizing edutech.

In particular, Soft& Co., Ltd. has agreed to provide Shinhan University with complimentary access to its 'Quiz& University License (Pro)' service, valued at 20 million won annually, for one year. This allows all faculty members and students at Shinhan University to use the service free of charge.

'Quiz& University License (Pro)' is an educational platform that enables two-way communication between instructors and students through real-time quizzes and interactive content. The university expects that this service will enable faculty to design classes centered around student participation, while students will be able to enjoy a more creative and self-directed learning experience.

Taking this agreement as an opportunity, both organizations have decided to expand the exchange of information in the field of education and to continue pursuing diverse collaborative initiatives for mutual growth.

A representative of Shinhan University stated, "Leveraging edutech is a crucial task for securing the competitiveness of future education," adding, "We will continue our efforts to create an innovative, student-centered educational environment and to nurture interdisciplinary talent demanded by future society."
