Contract AI Platform "Allevy" Adds Electronic Signature Feature, Supports Entire Contract Process
From Legal Q&A to AI-Assisted Contract Drafting
On July 16, BHSN announced that it has added a free electronic signature feature to its contract artificial intelligence (AI) platform, "Allevy," enabling full support for the entire contract process with AI—from drafting and review to execution, storage, and management of contract performance.
BHSN has integrated its AI contract management service "Allevy Q," launched last month, and its contract and legal Q&A service "Allevy Agent" into the unified "Allevy" platform. Through this integration, users can ask the AI about relevant legal information and notices required before contract execution, draft and review contracts together with AI, and complete digital signing—all within a single platform.
Allevy offers all core functions, such as Q&A, AI-assisted contract drafting and review, executed document storage, performance management, and electronic signatures, entirely free of charge. There is no limit on the number of electronic signatures. Companies with larger contract storage needs or heavy AI usage will be offered separate paid plans.
Executed contracts are automatically analyzed and categorized by the AI according to type and key details, allowing users to easily search for the contracts they need. The AI also extracts essential terms such as expiration dates, renewal dates, payment dates, and core obligations, generating follow-up tasks and sending performance alerts to the responsible individuals. Should a contract-related dispute arise, the AI will summarize the relevant contract content and major issues, helping users prepare the necessary documentation for response.
Currently, Allevy is used by major Korean companies and law firms such as CJ CheilJedang, Hanwha Solutions, Aekyung Chemical, and Yulchon LLC. After passing security reviews required by large enterprises and law firms, it meets the security standards demanded in enterprise environments, making it suitable for handling sensitive contract- and legal-related work.
The company also operates multilingual services to facilitate overseas transactions for Korean businesses, offering contract drafting and review in Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese, and more. In September, BHSN plans to launch the global version of Allevy to accelerate its entry into the global contract AI market.

Jungkeun Lim, CEO of BHSN, stated, "Many small and medium-sized enterprises process contracts without dedicated legal staff, so it's often difficult to spot unfavorable clauses or key deadlines in advance. While AI can be helpful, such technology still feels complicated and expensive for these companies. BHSN has standardized enterprise-grade contract AI, refined by large corporations and law firms, so anyone can use it easily without professional knowledge. Through Allevy, we aim to help businesses reduce unnecessary contract disputes and losses while allowing them to focus on their core business."
