NCAP is the official brand of NH Nonghyup Capital, introduced to provide a consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints.
NCAP stands for 'Near the Customer, Always a Partner', highlighting the spirit of being a steadfast partner always by the customer's side.
The brand name was finalized after an internal contest among all employees in January and two rounds of review. With this launch, various previously unofficial nicknames such as 'Nongkae' and 'NHC' have been unified under the new official brand.
NH Nonghyup Capital explained that the unveiling of the new brand is part of its integrated branding strategy to establish a brand identity befitting its growth—such as reaching 10 trillion won in operating assets and achieving third place in the industry’s brand reputation rankings—and to make a leap forward as a leading financial company.
The new brand incorporates teal and marigold as key colors. Teal combines the green from the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation and blue from NH Nonghyup Capital, expressing the group’s identity and financial expertise. Marigold is intended to convey a friendly and approachable brand image. The triangle at the bottom of the logo symbolizes both the brand’s point of origin and its forward direction alongside customers.
The event began with booths promoting 'Nongsim Cheonsim' and pre-event activities, followed by the brand presentation, the NCAP launch declaration ceremony, a talk show, and a congratulatory performance. Notably, the brand presentation session featured a video introducing the naming process and the philosophy behind NCAP, receiving a strong response from attendees.
CEO Jang Jonghwan said, "NCAP is a brand that embodies the philosophy of NH Nonghyup Capital, which has stood by customers for 18 years. Under this singular brand, all our employees will strive to grow into a trusted financial partner for our clients."
