POSCO E&C announced on July 15 that it will launch an exclusive smart home platform for residents of its high-end brand, "Otiere."
The Otiere-exclusive smart home platform is focused on connecting the entire residential experience into one, tailored to the lifestyles of its residents. In addition to controlling in-home devices, the platform comprehensively provides services for community life, resident communication, and premium partnership services.
The platform consists of "My Home," "Life," and "Social" features. Through the "My Home" feature, residents can control smart home devices such as lighting, heating and cooling, ventilation, and other home appliances. The "Life" feature supports functions essential for community living, such as facility reservations and management fee inquiries, as well as sharing lifestyle information among residents. The "Social" feature offers premium concierge services in collaboration with various partner companies. Residents can use services such as investment consultation reservations through Woori Bank's VIP service "TWO CHAIRS," and attend exclusive wealth management seminars offered only to residents.
This platform will first be introduced at "Otiere Banpo" and "Otiere Sinbanpo," which began move-in last month. POSCO E&C plans to expand it sequentially to other major high-end residential complexes, including "Otiere Foret," in the future.
POSCO E&C also plans to introduce an AI agent service into the Otiere-exclusive smart home platform. Through natural language-based conversational services and personalized suggestions based on individual living environments, the company aims to provide ultra-personalized residential services centered on residents.
