On July 10, Sampyo Group announced that it had held the corporate-connected youth career mentoring program, "Cheongchun Job Talk," at its headquarters in the Ima Building in Jongno-gu, Seoul, for young participants aged 19 to 34.

Cheongchun Job Talk is a relationship-based career mentoring program hosted by the Seoul Volunteer Center. In this event, current professionals from various fields engage with young attendees to share their job experiences and thoughts on career development. The program operates in two stages: the first stage focuses on career exploration with mentoring, and the second stage involves directly experiencing the corporate workplace.

In the first round of mentoring held at Sookmyung Women's University on July 7, more than 60 professionals from Seoul-based companies, public institutions, and foundations, including Sampyo Group, participated alongside about 200 young people. In the subsequent second round of mentoring, Sampyo Group invited the youth to its headquarters to introduce its job functions and corporate culture.

During the mentoring session, Sampyo Group explained the business processes and internal collaboration structures utilized in actual business planning and work implementation. The company also organized interactive programs, such as quizzes to enhance understanding of the construction basic materials industry and Sampyo Group itself. In the job introduction and Q&A session that followed, employee mentors shared their respective work responsibilities, experiences with project execution, corporate culture, and practical advice for professional life.

Yoo Yongjae, Executive Director for Social Contribution at Sampyo Group, stated, "Helping future generations grow in a healthy manner is an important role that companies must fulfill in cooperation with local communities. Going forward, we will continue our diverse social contribution initiatives, communicating with young people and providing opportunities for career exploration and growth."
