The sale of the residential property jointly owned by President Lee Jae-myung and his wife, Kim Hye-kyung, is expected to be finalized soon.
On July 14, a Blue House official stated that the contract for the sale of their Yangji Village apartment in Bundang-gu, Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province, is expected to be completed within the next few days. Since the area is designated as a land transaction permission zone, purchasers must buy homes for actual residence purposes.
