Each year, it honors outstanding design in three categories: Product Design, Brand & Communication Design, and Design Concept. The Brand & Communication Design category comprehensively evaluates the originality and creativity of ideas, design quality and innovation, as well as the level of user understanding.
AIR is an AI-based risk assessment solution developed in-house by GS. When users enter the name and a brief description of a task, the generative AI analyzes the work processes and automatically generates potential risk factors, risk ratings, and preventive safety measures.
AIR originated from an idea proposed by a GS Power on-site safety team member at the 2024 GS Group Hackathon. It is characterized by its intuitive design, allowing anyone to use it easily without complex expertise or additional training. It reduces assessment discrepancies caused by the experience and skill level of the evaluator, while enabling risk assessment work that previously required significant time to be completed within five minutes.
GS is offering AIR free of charge to small and medium-sized enterprises. The goal is to help smaller sites, which often lack professional safety management personnel and digital transformation capabilities, build a more systematic safety management system using AI. Currently, 250 companies are utilizing AIR.
