He emphasized, "The success of the Lee Jaemyung administration is the success of the Republic of Korea. First, second, and third, I will do everything to ensure the success of the Lee Jaemyung administration."
He added, "Even when there is competition, I will work solely for the success of the Lee Jaemyung administration. After the election, in order to come together as one, a Supreme Council member with leadership for unity is needed. I am the right person for that role."
Within the party, Han presented his plan to achieve unity within the pro-democracy and reformist factions and, externally, to support President Lee Jaemyung’s pragmatic path and broaden the party's base. As key pledges, he proposed strengthening communication platforms for mobile and online party members, regularizing party member votes on major policies and current issues, establishing a new Generational Integration Committee, and elevating the Housing Welfare Special Committee to a permanent Committee for the Improvement of Residential Environments, among others.
Regarding prosecution, media, and judicial reform, he stressed, "I will push forward unwaveringly until Democratic Party members and the public say it is enough."

On being categorized into party factions, Han stated, "Some divide members into pro-Myung or pro-Cheong camps, but by those standards, I am both a pro-Myung and pro-Cheong candidate. I have served President Lee Jaemyung for three years, and former leader Jeong Cheongrae for one, but I have never seen them throw the party into confusion for their own politics." He further remarked, "Competition during the party convention may be fierce, but there is a line that should never be crossed."
