'AI Decision-Making Infrastructure' Connectory Secures Pre-Seed Investment from Bluepoint Partners
Connectory, an artificial intelligence (AI) decision-making infrastructure company, announced on July 14 that it has secured pre-seed investment from Bluepoint Partners, a deep tech accelerator (AC).
Connectory is a startup developing a "decision-making infrastructure" that structures information into a form that can be used for AI reasoning and decision-making.
The founding team is composed of professionals with expertise in various fields. Jiweon Lee, CEO of Connectory, who previously served as Vice President at S2W, a big data analytics AI and security company, is in charge of business strategy and product design. Jinwoo Jung, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), who led AI research and development at S2W, is responsible for developing the AI engine. Sunhee Kim, who previously served as the Third Deputy Director of the National Intelligence Service, oversees the establishment of a global policy and regulatory intelligence system.
As the spread of generative AI rapidly increases the volume of information to be processed, there has been a fundamental limitation: increasing the information raises costs, while reducing it lowers accuracy. To address this, Connectory aims to maintain accuracy while reducing token and computation costs. Its core platform, AID (Atomic Information Decomposition), transforms unstructured information into structured intelligence.
Connectory has completed a proof of concept (PoC) with a major domestic financial institution and has been selected for Shinhan Financial Group's startup support program, Shinhan Future's Lab. The company plans to expand the application of its decision-making intelligence and global policy and regulatory analysis platform to industries that require precise decision-making, such as finance, semiconductors, aerospace, and security.
Hwijai Ahn, Principal Investment Manager at Bluepoint Partners, who oversaw the investment, said, "The trade-off between information processing costs and accuracy is a structural challenge faced by all companies. We decided to invest in Connectory because of its direct technological approach to this problem, the exceptional capabilities of its team, and the market potential to expand from finance to all industries."

Jiweon Lee, CEO of Connectory, stated, "In the era of generative AI, competitiveness is not about having a larger model, but about how accurately and reliably you can make decisions at the same cost. We will build a foundation for companies and organizations to make trustworthy decisions with less computation."
