Under the theme "Let's Goryeong! Eco-Friendly Camping Festa," the county introduced extended-stay tourism courses that combine its main attractions—such as the Jisandong Ancient Tombs, the Daegaya Museum, Daegaya Forest of Light, and Dasan Ginkgo Forest—with eco-friendly camping content, receiving enthusiastic responses from visitors.
In particular, its differentiated promotional strategy, which combined world heritage sites, night tourism, and camping, along with the operation of interactive events, received high praise and led to the award.
Namcheol Lee, Governor of Goryeong County, said, "We will further expand tourism content that links camping, Daegaya culture, and world heritage to create a city where visitors want to return and stay longer."
