The area in front of Hyoja Elementary School suffers from traffic congestion during drop-off and pick-up times, as the road is narrow and there is no designated space for student drop-off and pick-up. Additionally, the steep slope in front of the school has consistently raised concerns about the risk of slipping accidents, especially during heavy snowfall in winter and the rainy season.
On this day, parents suggested the creation of a designated drop-off and pick-up zone in front of the school, replacement of the sidewalk pavement on the hillside, and installation of a canopy to provide shelter from rain.
