Hyuntae Law Firm Recruits Lawyers Lee Giyun and Eunyoung Choi
Strengthening Expertise in Industrial Accident and School Violence Cases
Hyuntae Law Firm announced on July 13 that it has recruited lawyers Lee Giyun and Eunyoung Choi. The firm aims to strengthen its expertise not only in civil, criminal, and family law, but also in the fields of industrial accidents and school violence.
Lee Giyun, formerly the managing partner at Saram&Smart Law Firm, is a lawyer registered with the Korean Bar Association as a specialist in industrial accidents and criminal law. Lee specializes in handling major accidents resulting from industrial disasters and in reducing corporate risk in preparation for such incidents. Lee also serves as a current member of the School Violence Countermeasures Deliberation Committee. With the recent tightening of the Serious Accidents Punishment Act and the increased legal responsibilities for companies, Hyuntae Law Firm plans to focus its efforts on establishing a proactive crisis management system by bringing Lee on board.
Eunyoung Choi is registered with the Korean Bar Association as a specialist in industrial accidents and compensation for damages. She handles a wide range of cases, from helping companies respond to major industrial accidents and industrial safety issues to representing workers in industrial accident compensation and damages claims. In particular, Choi possesses expertise in the Serious Accidents Punishment Act and the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
Lee Giyun stated, "I will strive to sincerely resolve the difficulties faced by more clients," adding, "Rather than simply pushing cases forward, I will seek the path that benefits our clients most."
