E1 and KLPGA Deliver "E1 Charity Open" Fund to Good Neighbors
Gift Certificates Worth 50 Million Won Donated
To Be Used for Supporting Children and Vulnerable Groups
E1 announced on the 13th that it held a charity fund presentation ceremony for the "14th E1 Charity Open" at the Good Neighbors Hall in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, together with the Korea Ladies Professional Golf Association (KLPGA) and Good Neighbors.

View original imageE1 and KLPGA delivered gift certificates worth 50 million won, out of the approximately 120 million won charity fund (80 million won from E1 and 40 million won from players) raised through the 14th E1 Charity Open held in May, to Good Neighbors, a global child rights-focused NGO. The donated gift certificates will be used to support children.
The presentation ceremony was attended by Jinman Jeon, Head of External Cooperation at E1; Sunhee Kim, Senior Vice President of KLPGA; Jungwook Uh, Head of ESG Social Contribution Cooperation at Good Neighbors; and Jarawi Bunjan (Hana Financial Group), the winner of the 14th E1 Charity Open, who participated as the representative player of the KLPGA tour.
Jinman Jeon, Head of External Cooperation at E1, said, "This marks the fifth consecutive year of our meaningful partnership with Good Neighbors," and added, "I would like to thank Jarawi Bunjan and all the KLPGA players for their warm acts of sharing."
Jarawi Bunjan stated, "I am very pleased to be able to turn the love I have received through golf into a meaningful act of sharing," and continued, "I hope this donation will offer a small ray of hope to those in need."

With the remaining donations, E1 will carry out support projects for children from vulnerable groups through Naver Happybean, as well as support projects for people with disabilities in collaboration with the Korea Association of Welfare Institutions for the Disabled. KLPGA plans to implement support programs for families in crisis and children suffering from food insecurity.
