T'way Air Holds Aviation Career Education Lecture with National Aviation Museum

T'way Air announced on the 13th that it had conducted an aviation career education lecture as part of its social contribution activities for students of Deungmyeong Middle School in Seoul, held at the National Aviation Museum located in Gangseo-gu, Seoul.
This lecture, hosted by the National Aviation Museum and participated in by T'way Air, is a public-private cooperative career education program targeting young people. The program is designed to help students who are considering their future careers gain an accurate understanding of the aviation industry and to broaden their career options.

View original imageOn the 10th, Yoonji Lee, Manager of Sales at T'way Air, served as the lecturer, introducing the real roles and significance of the route management position, which oversees the profitability and sales management of airline routes.
Given that this position is responsible for the airline's key strategies, Lee explained the organic correlation between passenger fares and demand in a way that was easy for the students to understand, using vivid real-world experiences from her work in the field.
In addition, she provided a detailed, step-by-step explanation of the entire route management process, from the planning stage, where decisions are made about launching new routes, to establishing detailed sales plans, and to the management stage, where sales results are optimized.
By sharing her expertise and hands-on knowledge as a practitioner, she offered a comprehensive overview of the route management work in airline sales and the essential capabilities required. As a result, the program was evaluated as having enhanced students' understanding of airline sales roles and provided practical assistance for their future career planning and exploration.
Since signing a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the National Aviation Museum in 2023, T'way Air has continued various social contribution activities to increase understanding of the aviation industry and realize social value. These activities include the National Aviation Museum's Dream-Talk, aviation music concerts in collaboration with the museum, and the creation of content to spread the value of aviation culture.
Meanwhile, T'way Air recently changed its corporate name to Trinity Air through a shareholders' meeting. The official launch of operations under the Trinity Air name will proceed after obtaining approval from relevant domestic and international authorities.
