JobKorea Surpasses 10 Million Cumulative MAU in First Half... AI Feature Overhaul Drives Success
No. 1 Platform for Full-Time Recruitment
JobKorea announced on July 13 that, according to an analysis by the data analytics solution Mobile Index, the company recorded a cumulative Monthly Active Users (MAU) count of approximately 10.86 million in the first half of this year. This figure surpasses all other recruitment platforms during the same period, including Saramin (9.79 million), Remember (4.83 million), and Incruit (870,000), as well as Wanted (480,000). JobKorea also led in the trend of new user inflow. In the first half of the year, the number of new app installations for JobKorea was about 1.49 million, ahead of Saramin (770,000) and Remember (240,000).
Regarding these achievements, JobKorea explained that they were the result of the expansion of mobile-based job post browsing and application, combined with the enhanced total recruitment services following the transition to the Worksphere Group structure. Together with Albamon and JobPlanet, JobKorea provides comprehensive career services including recruitment matching and company information search, expanding touchpoints for job seekers from part-time positions to internships and entry-level recruitment.
The outcomes of their AI-focused service overhaul have also been reflected. JobKorea revamped its main screen around the "AI Recommendation 3.0" feature, placing personalized job postings at the forefront for each user. As a result, the number of job applications submitted by job seekers has steadily increased over the past three years, rising by more than 70% compared to 2023. This stems from reducing the time needed to browse job postings and providing tailored listings, thereby improving job matching efficiency. The company also enhanced both its content offerings and user navigation. Recently, JobKorea expanded and reorganized its content services to focus on interviews with current employees and career insights, enabling job seekers to access information about roles and industries more easily.
Moving forward, JobKorea plans to further advance its recruitment platform by leveraging its AI and data capabilities to connect job seekers and companies more precisely. Going beyond simply providing job postings, the platform aims to offer job seekers insights and personalized opportunities by job type and industry, while enabling companies to increase their chances of connecting with the right talent through service upgrades.
