SK shieldus Named Outstanding Cybersecurity Company in Frost & Sullivan 'Asia-Pacific Customer Value Leadership'
Recognized for Cybersecurity Competitiveness in Asia-Pacific
Proven AI-Based Security Capabilities
SK shieldus announced on July 13 that it has been selected for the '2026 Asia-Pacific Customer Value Leadership' by the global market research firm Frost & Sullivan.
Each year, Frost & Sullivan comprehensively evaluates customer value, technological competitiveness, business performance, and growth potential to select outstanding companies in each category. The 'Asia-Pacific Customer Value Leadership' is a representative program that assesses customer value and service competitiveness across various industries in the Asia-Pacific region. This year, SK shieldus was named as an outstanding company in the cybersecurity services sector.
In its final evaluation report, Frost & Sullivan highlighted SK shieldus’s AI-based integrated security operation system and customer-centric services as key strengths. In particular, it cited the company’s operational capabilities centered around 'Secudium,' its AI cybersecurity monitoring platform, as a major advantage. Frost & Sullivan also introduced SK shieldus’s end-to-end cybersecurity service portfolio—which covers managed security services (MSS), managed detection and response (MDR), incident response, digital forensics, penetration testing, and security consulting—as a core competitive edge. Furthermore, the company’s strategy for building an agentic AI-based Security Operations Center (SOC) platform for next-generation security monitoring, and the growth potential based on this, received special attention.
The company’s competitiveness was also recognized in terms of customer experience and satisfaction. Frost & Sullivan presented SK shieldus’s AI- and automation-based MDR operation system and a customer retention rate of approximately 95% for MDR as representative examples, analyzing that the company has achieved high customer satisfaction and long-term trust. In addition, the subscription-based service model and flexible service operation system—both of which can be tailored to customer size and security maturity—were highlighted as differentiated competitive factors.
