Enhancing the Digital Customer Experience for 4.7 Million Hotel and Resort Members
Lotte Hotel & Resort announced on July 13 that it will integrate its hotel and resort websites.
The core of this overhaul is the establishment of a single channel where both hotel and resort services can be accessed on the official hotel website. In addition, approximately 3.8 million Lotte Hotel Rewards members and about 900,000 resort integrated membership members will be connected through a unified membership service, thereby enhancing convenience for around 4.7 million members.
With the integration, guests can now check and book hotel and resort rooms, promotions, and benefits all in one place. Users can log in with a single account to access reservations and My Page, and can conveniently manage both booking details and membership information. Furthermore, a combined payment service has been introduced, allowing the use of credit cards, L.POINT, and Lotte Hotel Rewards points together, thereby improving payment convenience and expanding customer options.
To celebrate the website integration, a special room promotion is being offered. Guests can stay at Sokcho, Buyeo, and Gimhae resorts at up to 20% off the regular price. Various benefits are provided, including an amenity kit containing shampoo, treatment, body wash, and body lotion (each 50ml) from the company's premium amenity brand ‘Emissary.73’, and discount vouchers for on-site facilities. Additionally, a 20,000 won instant discount coupon will be given to guests on a first-come, first-served basis. The sales period runs from July 13 to August 31, and the stay period is until October 31.
