The company plans to secure future growth engines by combining Finetechnix's display and hardware manufacturing capabilities with Euclidsoft's generative AI, AI security, AI agents, and digital twin technologies. Finetechnix will acquire a 20% stake in Euclidsoft, becoming its second-largest shareholder.
Finetechnix intends to explore joint business opportunities in various fields by linking its recently expanded signage display business with Euclidsoft's AI platform. The areas of focus will include AI digital signage, smart kiosks, AI guidance systems, smart factories, and smart cities.
In particular, both companies expect to broaden the scope of their cooperation to industries where security is critical—such as financial institutions, public organizations, defense, and healthcare—by leveraging technologies optimized for generative AI, on-device AI, and on-premises AI environments.
Finetechnix plans to use this partnership as an opportunity to evolve transparent displays from simple information display devices into AI service platforms that interact with users in real time. The company also anticipates expanding into the digital transformation (DX) and AI transformation (AX) markets across various industries based on AI agent technology.
