"1,000 Missiles Already Aimed at Iran"
U.S. President Donald Trump has warned that he would destroy all of Iran if Iran attempts to assassinate or succeeds in assassinating him.
On July 10 (local time), President Trump posted on the social media platform Truth Social, stating, "If the Iranian government carries out its oft-repeated threats to assassinate, or attempt to assassinate, a sitting U.S. president—specifically, me—1,000 missiles are already loaded and aimed at Iran, and thousands more will immediately follow."
He asserted, "The orders have already been given, and the U.S. military is fully prepared, willing, and able to decimate and completely destroy all regions of Iran for a year, or longer if necessary."

President Trump has recently claimed that he is the top target on Iran's assassination list. There has also been speculation that his decision to switch planes on his way back from the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) summit was a precautionary measure against assassination threats from Iran.
