Unison and Korea Midland Power to Establish Offshore Wind Farm O&M System
Unison, a company specializing in wind power generation, is joining forces with Korea Midland Power to collaborate on the operation and maintenance (O&M) of offshore wind farms.
Unison announced on July 10 that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Korea Midland Power for cooperation in the operation and maintenance (O&M) of offshore wind farms.
This agreement was established to enhance the economic viability of offshore wind farms and to reduce the levelized cost of energy (LCOE) by building an efficient O&M system.
The two companies plan to collaborate on the development of offshore wind farm operation and O&M plans, technical exchanges, and the training of specialized personnel.
