View original image"Cheongchun Jobdam" is a mentoring program operated by the Seoul Volunteer Center, where mentors from various fields meet with young mentees to share experiences related to work and career paths. Any young person between the ages of 19 and 34 is eligible to participate.
For this mentoring event, five S-Oil employees from diverse departments—including sales strategy and management, accounting, employee training, and corporate social responsibility (CSR)—participated as mentors, sharing their work experiences, job preparation processes, and practical know-how. The mentors discussed career concerns with the youth and offered practical advice. The mentoring program consists of two sessions: the first is in-person mentoring, and the second is an on-site career experience program.
