The training was held on July 8, under the supervision of the Korea Fair Trade Mediation Agency. It took place simultaneously via video conferencing at the main auditorium of Ildong Pharmaceutical Group's headquarters and at major business sites nationwide. The session was led by Attorney Kang Janghyun from the law firm Lee & Ko, who delivered a lecture on "Legal Issues and Latest Law Enforcement Trends Related to Unfair Trade Practices."

Real incidents from sales, marketing, procurement, and partner company relations were introduced to foster empathy among employees and raise awareness of compliance.
The company expects that by providing more professional and high-level training programs in cooperation with external organizations, it will further strengthen its compliance management culture and inspire greater awareness and participation among its members.
A representative of Ildong Pharmaceutical Group stated, "Compliance with fair trade laws and regulations is the fundamental basis for a company to maintain credibility and achieve sustainable management," and added, "We will spare no effort to support the formation of healthy external relationships and to ensure our employees can carry out their work activities smoothly."
