It also aims to provide a digital management environment connected to financial services.
The agreement ceremony was held on this day at ITCencore’s headquarters in Gwacheon, with key figures from both companies in attendance, including Wanho Kim, CEO of ITCencore, and Hyunwook Kim, Vice President of Corporate Customer Group at KB Kookmin Bank.
NOMU365 is a cloud-based HR management platform specialized for small business owners and SMEs. It automates work such as recording attendance, managing work attitudes (attendance management), and calculating payroll. The platform also helps companies manage labor risks by accurately reflecting actual working hours based on objective attendance data.
Through this agreement, the two companies will link ITCencore’s HR management platform with KB Kookmin Bank’s embedded financial services. Moving forward, they plan to expand the platform so that users can handle labor contract signing, attendance management, issuance of HR certificates, payroll transfers, account inquiries, collection, and other financial management features all in one place.
