NOW Robotics Secures Robot Automation Equipment Order from AHC Following APR... Expanding K-Beauty References
NOW Robotics, a company specializing in intelligent robots, announced that it will supply packaging and logistics robot automation equipment to the global beauty brand AHC. Following its recent contract with APR, the company has secured additional orders, expanding its automation references within the K-beauty industry.
AHC is the flagship skincare brand of Carver Korea, recognized as a leading K-beauty brand that is expanding its presence in the global market with products such as eye creams, sun care, and mask packs.
Through this contract, NOW Robotics will establish a packaging and logistics automation system at AHC's cosmetics production site. The scope of the project includes automated raw material and sub-material input, automatic product stacking, sealing and packaging automation, and automation of repetitive logistics tasks. This integrated robot automation facility will cover the entire process from production to packaging and logistics.
The company expects that the introduction of this equipment will reduce the burden of repetitive work on operators while increasing productivity. By having robots perform repetitive tasks, NOW Robotics aims to enhance workforce efficiency and improve the speed of product shipment and customer delivery response.
NOW Robotics plans to support improvements in production efficiency, operational stability, product quality consistency, and logistics response speed through this project. Additionally, by utilizing production data to optimize process operations and strengthen quality stability, the company expects to contribute to enhancing its clients' smart factory competitiveness.
A company representative stated, "Recently, there has been a steady increase in demand for automation in production, packaging, and logistics processes, especially among global K-beauty companies," adding, "Based on our competitiveness in providing integrated solutions for robots and automation systems, we will continue to expand our client base in fast-growing consumer goods industries, including K-beauty."
NOW Robotics has strengthened its production infrastructure and integrated automation technology capabilities following the completion of its merger with Hanyang Robotics, thereby enhancing its ability to handle large-scale projects. The company is expanding its business into the consumer goods and beauty industries based on its integrated automation capabilities covering all aspects of production, packaging, and logistics, and explained that the recent contracts with APR and AHC are results of this integrated synergy.
Recently, the K-beauty industry has seen a rapid increase in the adoption of robot-based automation equipment as productivity, quality, and delivery competitiveness have become increasingly important due to rising global demand and expanded production volumes.
Meanwhile, NOW Robotics has completed the merger process with Hanyang Robotics and is now operating an integrated management system in earnest.
