SLL Unveils Short-Form Drama "Codename: Evil Stepmother"
A Deceased Agent Reincarnated as an Evil Stepmother in an '80s Drama
Starring Jeong Yein and Han Jeongwan, 60 Episodes, 90 Seconds Each
On July 8, SLL announced that it has produced the original short-form drama "Codename: Evil Stepmother." The series consists of 60 episodes, each approximately 1 minute and 30 seconds long, and will be available to watch on the global short-form drama platform GoodShot starting from July 22.
The story follows Seolhwa, a former agent who died during a mission and is reincarnated as an evil stepmother character in a 1980s drama. In order to change her predetermined tragic fate, Seolhwa must fight to survive and protect three children, with the story unfolding at a fast pace.
The series is directed by Yang Hoseok and written by Yoon Yoo. Kim Ji-won served as the producer, and the main roles are played by Jeong Ye-in of Lovelyz and actor Han Jeong-wan.
