TIPA Hosts Employment Camp for Specialized High School Students to Foster Future Talent
AI Education and Job Aptitude Assessment for Specialized High Schools Nationwide
The Korea Technology and Information Promotion Agency for SMEs (TIPA) announced on July 7 that it will host the "2026 Specialized High School Employment Camp" to support students in designing their career paths and strengthening their job readiness ahead of their participation in the workforce development program for SMEs.
Recently, specialized high school students have been making career choices and preparing for employment at an earlier stage, which has led to increased interest in exploring their aptitudes and job suitability in advance. In response, TIPA has organized the "Future Dream Employment Camp," a hands-on program designed to help students discover their strengths and aptitudes and prepare for changes in future industries. The camp combines artificial intelligence (AI) education, job aptitude assessments and career design, and programs to improve understanding of SMEs.
