FnGuide Appoints Minseok Jeon as New CEO, Transitions to Co-CEO System
FnGuide has appointed Minseok Jeon, Head of Corporate Strategy (Vice President), as its new CEO.
According to FnGuide on July 7, with this appointment, the company will transition from a single CEO system to a co-CEO system with Ki Tae Lee and Minseok Jeon. The company stated that by introducing the co-CEO structure, it aims to strengthen responsible management and improve management efficiency.
CEO Jeon has accumulated practical experience in sales and sales planning at Nongshim and LF. After joining FnGuide, he led the Corporate Strategy Division, overseeing overall management including HR, finance, and IR. He has worked to strengthen communication with investors through active IR activities and has sought to enhance corporate value. In addition, leveraging collaboration with major clients and partners, he has been dedicated to discovering new businesses and expanding existing ones.
