KM Pharmaceutical's FOAMGLE Booms in the US... Amazon Sales Surge by an Average of 65% Per Quarter
KM Pharmaceutical's oral care brand, FOAMGLE, is establishing a solid presence in the North American market, maintaining an average quarterly sales growth rate of approximately 65% on Amazon in the United States.
On July 7, KM Pharmaceutical announced that FOAMGLE has achieved meaningful results in the North American market, recording consecutive sales growth for three quarters since joining Amazon, the world's largest e-commerce platform, in July last year.
According to the company, FOAMGLE posted a sales growth rate of about 100% quarter-on-quarter in the fourth quarter of last year, and continued this upward trend into the first quarter of this year. In the second quarter of this year, it recorded a sales growth rate of approximately 89% compared to the previous quarter, maintaining a steady pace of growth.
KM Pharmaceutical cited its strategy of diversifying online sales channels as the background for these achievements. Alongside Amazon sales, the company has also engaged in e-commerce via the global short-form platform TikTok, strengthening its social media marketing targeting local Millennials & Gen Z. Through these efforts, the company says it is rapidly expanding brand awareness and consumer touchpoints in the U.S. market.
In addition to the North American market, the company is also accelerating its entry into the Asian market. At the end of February, KM Pharmaceutical signed a distribution agreement with Malaysia's major retailer Cosway, and plans to export additional products, including those known domestically as "Pororo Toothpaste," within this year. Building on this, the company plans to expand its offline distribution network to major Asian markets such as Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan.
FOAMGLE is a "2-in-1" foaming oral care product that combines the functions of toothpaste and mouthwash. Its soft foam formula allows users to brush and rinse at the same time, enhancing portability and convenience.
Moreover, the company confirmed that FOAMGLE is effective in reducing five types of bacteria that cause bad breath and periodontal disease by 99.9%. It also completed tests proving the absence of 17 types of harmful substances, further strengthening product safety.

Meanwhile, KM Pharmaceutical is moving beyond its traditional OEM and ODM-focused business structure for quasi-drugs, expanding its business portfolio to encompass oral care, functional cosmetics, and lifestyle care brands. By focusing on proprietary brands such as "Pororo Toothpaste" and "Xerocipi," the company is strengthening its domestic and international market strategies and focusing on securing new growth drivers.
