Taesung Completes New Cheonan Plant... "Strengthening Production Capabilities"
Taesung has completed the construction of its new Cheonan plant and is in the process of relocating its headquarters.
According to Taesung on July 6, once the relocation is completed, its production capacity is expected to expand more than sevenfold compared to the current level.
The materials factory currently under construction in Seonggok-dong, Ansan, is also progressing smoothly. The company expects that, upon completion of the expansion, it will be able to mass-produce and supply materials, which are currently being delivered in small quantities.
Taesung continues to strengthen its customer response capabilities by producing next-generation glass substrate process equipment for semiconductor packaging and composite copper foil material equipment alongside its existing PCB equipment business.
The company explained that, due to non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) with its clients, it is difficult to disclose details such as contract size, supply targets, and specific project progress. However, it stated that multiple projects are currently being prepared for production and shipment according to schedule. In addition, the cumulative PCB equipment orders for the year have already exceeded 100 billion won, and the company expects its order target for the second half of the year to surpass that of the first half.
