Hanmi Launches Functional All-in-One Care Cream for Pharmacy Cosmetics Brand "PRO-CALM"

Hanmi Science’s pharmacy-exclusive cosmetics brand 'PRO-CALM' has expanded its product lineup by launching a functional all-in-one care cream, the 'EGF Urea Keraton Cream'.

Hanmi Science (the holding company of Hanmi Pharmaceutical) announced on July 6, 2026, that it has launched a new product, the 'PRO-CALM EGF Urea Keraton Cream', which features urea and EGF as its key ingredients.

This new product is an extension of PRO-CALM’s popular 'EGF Active Vital Cream' lineup and is developed to be used not only for the face but also for body care, based on the highly effective EGF ingredient for skin improvement. In particular, the product’s expanded application range reflects consumer feedback requesting the use of the existing product on various concern areas.

The PRO-CALM EGF Urea Keraton Cream is a multi-care cream containing 10% urea, EGF, vitamin C ester, and LHA. It is designed to help improve the skin environment and texture of areas prone to keratin buildup, such as heels, elbows, and knees.

Urea is known for supplying moisture to the skin’s stratum corneum and improving the environment for keratin removal, while EGF is an ingredient that can help manage skin condition. In addition, the inclusion of vitamin C ester, a fat-soluble vitamin C derivative, addresses skin tone management for areas concerned with hyperpigmentation. LHA has also been incorporated to allow gentle keratin care with minimal skin irritation.

The product features the patented formula technology 'Skin Fill-Up™'. With an ultra-fine nano-particle formulation averaging 42.8 nm in size, it is designed to enhance the absorption of active ingredients and ensure even adhesion to the skin.

The PRO-CALM EGF Urea Keraton Cream has demonstrated effectiveness in improving rough, callused heels through human application tests, and has also completed skin hypoallergenic and sensitive skin tests.
