Channel Corporation Recruits Five Leaders from Baemin and Salesforce
Key Talent Recruited for Sales, Business Development, and Finance
Full-Scale Launch of AI-Driven Work Innovation
On July 3, Channel Corporation announced that it has recruited five leaders with experience at Baemin and Salesforce for key positions to strengthen its AI-driven business competitiveness.

The company aims to transform Channel Talk from a simple customer support tool into an AI platform that drives substantial business growth for client companies.
In the finance division, Jae-Guk Ahn, former Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Woowa Brothers, has joined the team. CFO Ahn built his expertise in finance and accounting at Samil PwC and served as a finance executive and CFO at Woowa Brothers for approximately 11 years, where he led the establishment of the finance organization, supported fundraising, and drove large-scale mergers and acquisitions (M&A). At Channel Corporation, he plans to lay the foundation for global growth by enhancing the financial system as the company expands overseas operations.
Domestic sales will be overseen by Soo-Young Jung, Vice President of Sales, who previously worked at Salesforce. VP Jung also served at Oracle and, as Head of Sales for the Korean branch of global AI CRM firm Salesforce, led enterprise software sales and consulting for both SMEs and large enterprises. Leveraging his experience in driving work innovation in marketing and customer management, he will refine domestic sales strategies and lead the expansion into the enterprise market.
For the Japan branch, Shohei Koshino has been recruited as Vice President of Sales to drive local business expansion. VP Koshino was recognized for leading the expansion of Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Japan and, in 2015, became the youngest-ever recipient of the Worldwide Sales Award. He subsequently managed enterprise sales at Slack and Salesforce for eight years. With sales expertise tailored to the Japanese market, he will reorganize the sales team structure and focus on acquiring enterprise clients.
Jin-Ho Yang, Vice President of Business, is responsible for business operations. As a co-founder of Toss Lab, the operator of the collaboration tool JANDI, he secured more than 5,000 clients across Korea, Japan, and Taiwan, driving the growth of the collaboration tool business in Asia. Drawing on his expertise in business management and global business capabilities, he will oversee all domestic operations at Channel Corporation and focus on strengthening competitive advantage in the AI market.
In the business strategy division, Do-Yeon Kim, Vice President of Go-to-Market (GTM), will be fully responsible for developing and launching the product strategy for Channel Talk’s AI Chief of Staff (CoS), from initial planning to market establishment. VP Kim has accumulated experience in AI-driven growth strategies and business development across various industries, previously serving at BMW Korea and McKinsey & Company, and as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at AI startup Twinit.
