DL Construction Achieves Top Rating for Fourth Consecutive Year in Mutual Cooperation Assessment Among Construction Companies

DL Construction announced on July 3 that it has received the highest rating for the fourth consecutive year in the "Mutual Cooperation Assessment among Construction Companies" conducted recently by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
The Mutual Cooperation Assessment is a system in which the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport annually conducts a comprehensive evaluation based on joint contract performance with partner companies, subcontracting performance, partner company development, and reputation. The purpose is to build cooperative relationships between general and specialized, or large and small to medium-sized construction companies, and to encourage improvements in construction quality.
DL Construction received high marks in the subcontracting category for consistently maintaining a partner company progress payment ratio of over 45%. In the partner company development category, the company provided mutual cooperation training every year to enhance joint growth and job competency for partner company employees, and scored full marks in all areas of financial, technical, and educational support. The company was also recognized for strengthening stable financial support through appropriate payment of subcontract fees and early payment in cash.
In addition, DL Construction obtained an excellent grade for the fifth consecutive year in the Win-Win Growth Index assessment conducted by the Korea Commission for Corporate Partnership last year.
