Faster On-Site Response Maximizes Customer Production Efficiency
On July 2, LS Mtron announced the launch of its dedicated mobile application for injection molding machines, "Molding 365."
Molding 365 is a mobile service platform that allows customers to request service via their smartphones and monitor the entire process in real time, from application to completion.
Given that injection molding machines are core equipment for mass-producing plastic products in the manufacturing industry, this app is designed to enable rapid on-site response. To this end, LS Mtron has significantly simplified the previously complex phone and email application process.
The app also features an "easy application" function, which allows users to simply scan the QR code attached to factory equipment and be instantly directed to the service request page for that specific machine, making the process accessible to anyone.
It is also equipped with an "equipment-specific history management" function, tailored to the long operational lifespan of injection molding machines. Using the app, customers can access accumulated data such as inspection histories, major failure types, and parts replacement records for each machine. This enables LS Mtron to provide customized precision maintenance services, which are expected to extend equipment lifespan and support stable factory operations.
