Sh Suhyup Bank Provides 'Childbirth Kits' to Fishing Villages: "Hope for Children"
Includes a 7-piece baby food utensil set and a 4-piece skincare set
Applications open to families with grandparents in the fishing industry
Sh Suhyup Bank is providing childbirth kits, including baby food utensils, to fishing village communities.
On July 1, Sh Suhyup Bank announced the launch of its "Vitality for Fishing Villages, Hope for Children" childbirth kit support campaign.
This campaign was established to support families in fishing villages struggling with low birth rates and an aging population, and to ease the childbirth and childcare burdens for fishing households.
The childbirth kit consists of childcare support items worth approximately 200,000 won, including a set of seven eco-friendly baby food utensils and a set of four premium skincare products for newborns. Some items in the kit may be subject to change depending on budget and supply conditions.
The campaign will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis for 100 households starting from today. Fishing households that gave birth or are expecting between July 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024, are eligible to apply. Applications are also open to families where the parents or grandparents are engaged in the fishing industry.
Applications can be submitted via the QR code provided on the campaign poster. Required documents include a membership registry, family relationship certificate, and pregnancy confirmation, among others.
