Hana Securities Holds Cultural Experience-Based Disability Awareness Program in the Workplace

View original imageFor the second consecutive year, with support from the Korea Employment Agency for Persons with Disabilities, Hana Securities invited Hanbit Art Troupe, a professional performing group of visually impaired artists, to provide a cultural experience-based program that combined a musical performance with educational content. Hana Securities employees spent their lunch break enjoying the Hanbit Art Troupe's performance and attended a disability awareness education session led by a professional instructor.

The company has established a youth-friendly employment model that supports seamless, one-stop recruitment of young people with disabilities, covering everything from customized training and recruitment linkage to onboarding support. Through pilot programs, Hana Securities has recruited young employees with disabilities in departments such as Human Resources and Talent Development, and based on the cases collected during these pilot operations, the company plans to gradually expand the recruitment of young people with disabilities in the future.
