Jidam Media and Story Arc Studio Join the Consortium
Combining MBN's Channel Competitiveness and Global Network
Artist Studio announced on June 29 that an investment consortium led by the company will acquire management rights of the content distributor Corpus Korea and invest up to 29 billion won.
The goal is to transform into a comprehensive content studio that vertically integrates production, channels, and distribution.
The consortium includes Jidam Media and Story Arc Studio. It will bring together Artist Studio's production capabilities, MBN's channel competitiveness, and Corpus Korea's global distribution network. The plan is to directly connect self-planned and self-produced IP to domestic and international distribution, thereby enhancing profitability.
