A man in his 70s has been arrested on suspicion of wielding a weapon at the Ilmin Museum of Art, located within the Dong-A Ilbo building in Gwanghwamun, Seoul.
On June 28, the Seoul Central District Court conducted a pre-trial detention hearing for the man, identified as Mr. A, who faces charges of attempted murder and preparation to commit arson. The court issued an arrest warrant, citing concerns about destruction of evidence and risk of flight.
