View original imageKorea Exchange announced on June 26 that it held the "KOSDAQ-Listed Companies Disclosure Managers Workshop" jointly with the KOSDAQ Association at EL Tower in Yangjae, Seoul.
This event was organized to share policies aimed at strengthening the disclosure capabilities of KOSDAQ-listed companies and enhancing market credibility.
Training sessions were provided for 220 listed companies, covering recent amendments to the Commercial Act, changes to listing maintenance standards, practical cases of inadequate disclosures, and the Value-Up Program.
