The agreement aims to facilitate Hyungji Global's entry into the Chinese market and expand its global business.
This agreement was established to lower the entry barriers for Hyungji Global in China and to proactively expand its infrastructure in advance of a full-scale local market push.
In particular, this alliance is significant in that Hyungji Global has partnered with an association specializing in supporting global business, a key topic in the Chinese business industry. Through this partnership, Hyungji Global expects to significantly strengthen its practical business capabilities in the local market going forward.
Hyungji Global plans to provide high-quality products and brand information suited to the Chinese market and to establish and implement locally tailored business plans. The association, leveraging its extensive local network and reliable market information in China, will offer full support for Hyungji Global's business consulting, promotion, and networking activities.
Both parties have agreed to implement a multifaceted cooperation system to help Hyungji Global establish itself in the Chinese market. Key areas of collaboration include: formulating strategies for entering the Chinese market and supporting business development; identifying distribution channels and sales networks in China; and introducing and connecting local partners and affiliates. In addition, the agreement covers comprehensive alliance efforts, including brand promotion, marketing, participation in exhibitions, and even support for Chinese e-commerce.
Notably, this partnership also encompasses the rapidly growing cross-border e-commerce market in China, which is expected to further accelerate Hyungji Global's expansion of its global digital footprint.
Additionally, the synergy between Hyungji Global's unique brand competitiveness and the association's locally tailored support system is expected to reduce potential trial-and-error issues that may arise when conducting business on the continent.
