Deloitte Korea Group announced on June 25 that it successfully concluded the 'Deloitte ConnecT Korea 2026' event, held the previous day at the JW Marriott Hotel Seoul. The event has evolved into a platform for sharing achievements and practical experiences in domestic and global AI transformation, featuring presentations of on-site application cases by companies such as Samsung Electronics and Hankook & Company.

View original imageThis year marked the second iteration of the event, held under the theme "Connecting Intelligence. Transforming Enterprise," and attended by over 300 participants, including executives from global tech companies, key domestic enterprises, and industry experts.
Notably, Deloitte's global alliance partners—including NVIDIA, Google, SAP, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Adobe, ServiceNow, Snowflake, Thomson Reuters, and Palo Alto Networks—participated to share AI innovation use cases and future directions for industrial applications.
Additionally, during the C-suite breakfast networking session held just prior to the main event, Nitin Mittal, Deloitte Global AI Leader, and Nicole Williams, Deloitte Global Future of Work Leader, discussed global AI strategies and prospects for the future work environment with senior executives from major clients and partner companies.
In the keynote session, Woochul Byun, Head of the Palantir Business Division at KT, presented corporate AI transformation cases, while Moontae Lee, Head of Lab at LG AI Research, introduced strategies for utilizing AI agents tailored to enterprise environments. Samsung Electronics shared achievements in enhancing large-scale IT infrastructure operations efficiency through AI-powered intelligent cloud operations, and Hankook & Company presented enterprise innovation cases leveraging AI Vibe Coding.
In the afternoon, six breakout session tracks were held: AI-based cybersecurity, AI-based enterprise application transformation, AI-based market intelligence, physical AI, AI control and data platforms, and AI-based compliance intelligence. Each session explored, in depth, the achievements, challenges, and future directions of AI adoption based on real-world cases from the manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and IT/technology sectors. The technology visions of global partners and the innovation cases of domestic companies were showcased together.
