Haechitech, Nearthlab, and SkyLabs Pass Preliminary KOSDAQ Listing Review
The KOSDAQ Market Headquarters of the Korea Exchange has approved the preliminary listing reviews for three companies: Haechitech, Nearthlab, and SkyLabs.
The Korea Exchange announced on the 24th that, following deliberation and resolution by the KOSDAQ Market Listing Committee, it has approved the preliminary listing reviews for Haechitech, Nearthlab, and SkyLabs.
Haechitech, established in 2017, is a semiconductor manufacturer primarily producing semiconductor sensor ICs. Last year, Haechitech recorded sales of 1.4 billion won and an operating loss of 2.3 billion won. The company’s listing advisor is DB Financial Investment.
Nearthlab, founded in 2015, is a software development and supply company. Last year, it posted sales of 660 million won and an operating loss of 1.66 billion won. Samsung Securities is acting as its listing advisor.
SkyLabs, established in 2015, is a manufacturer of medical devices, including ring-type blood pressure monitoring devices. SkyLabs recorded sales of 790 million won and an operating loss of 1.47 billion won last year. Korea Investment & Securities is its listing advisor.

With the approval of the preliminary listing reviews, the three companies are expected to proceed with the KOSDAQ listing process, including filing securities registration statements and other public offering procedures.
