In response to the outflow of young people from Busan to the Seoul metropolitan area, local universities, companies, and related organizations have come together to create an ecosystem that supports youth settlement and employment.
Dong-A University (President Lee Hae-woo) and Dongseo University (President Jang Je-guk) announced on the 24th that they recently held the first meeting of the year to advance the "Specialized Education Committee (Local Settlement-Oriented Talent Development Governance)" at Homer's Hotel in Gwangalli, Busan.

It is an industry-academia-government cooperation system in which universities, companies, and related organizations participate together to nurture talent needed by local industries and to support youth employment and settlement in the region.
