Hanssem Teams Up with StoreNow and Miele to Target the High-End Built-in Kitchen Market
One-Stop Service from Consultation to Installation
Hanssem announced on June 24 that it is expanding collaborations with imported home appliance brands to target the high-end built-in kitchen market.
Hanssem's premium kitchen brand, Kitchenbach, is strengthening its competitiveness in the premium market through a partnership with the German high-end appliance brand StoreNow. The company plans to lead changes in the premium kitchen market by launching built-in furniture exclusively for StoreNow, offering integrated custom designs for Kitchenbach and StoreNow, and establishing a process centered on Hanssem's Master Pro for dedicated premium installation services.
The Kitchenbach "StoreNow Exclusive Built-in Cabinet" was developed to meet the diversified lifestyles of customers seeking premium built-in kitchens. Hanssem has established a system that can accommodate key StoreNow products, including cooktops, hoods, refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, wine cellars, and coffee machines, and the cabinet is designed as a customized kitchen module.
The exclusive built-in cabinet uses eco-friendly materials rated "Super E0." The door hardware has passed 45,000 in-house open-and-close cycle tests, and the door finish undergoes a seven-step or more coating process. Through these measures, Hanssem aims to elevate kitchen value to a new level and further strengthen its competitiveness.
This collaboration allows customers to receive consultations and design services for both Kitchenbach furniture and StoreNow appliances simultaneously from "Kitchenbach Specialists," outstanding designers at Hanssem stores. This resolves the inconvenience of having to visit separate appliance and furniture stores, and enables customers to experience a one-stop premium built-in kitchen interior solution. The installation process has also been improved, with Hanssem's "Master Pro" working in partnership with StoreNow's specialized installers to deliver precise installation.
Additionally, at the Hanssem Flagship Nonhyeon location, spaces featuring installations of Kitchenbach and StoreNow are on display. Visitors can directly experience actual premium built-in kitchen designs and receive professional consultations at the same time.
Hanssem is also expanding its collaboration with the premium appliance brand Miele. Previously, Miele's kitchen appliance lineup focused mainly on cooking devices such as induction cooktops, dishwashers, and ovens, but through this partnership, the range has been extended to include refrigerators, coffee makers, and wine cellars, offering a full-package solution. The strategy is to allow consumers to select built-in kitchens that combine Hanssem kitchen furniture with a comprehensive lineup of premium appliances to suit their preferences.
The background to Hanssem's expansion of collaborations with imported appliance brands lies in the broader trend of premium kitchen interior styles, once centered around ultra-high-end residential complexes, now spreading to the general public.
Hanssem noted that the existing premium kitchen market has not adequately responded to the increasingly discerning needs of consumers. By identifying this gap in the market, the company has significantly strengthened its strategic collaborations with built-in imported appliance brands to upgrade the standards of premium kitchens to a higher, truly high-end level. Through this, Hanssem aims to demonstrate the quality difference of premium kitchens by perfecting a "one-stop process" that encompasses consultation, design, and installation in a single streamlined flow.
