'Flying Dumbo' Jeon Inji is aiming to reclaim the major queen title after four years.
Starting from June 25 (local time), she will compete in the season's third major tournament, the KPMG Women's PGA Championship, held over four days at Hazeltine National Golf Club in Chaska, Minnesota, USA. The tournament features a total prize purse of 13 million dollars and a winner's prize of 1.95 million dollars—the largest prize money in the history of women's tournaments.

Korean golf fans will recall this as the course where Yang Yong-eun claimed victory at the 2009 PGA Championship. This year's KPMG Women's PGA Championship is set up as a par-72 course, stretching 6,807 yards in total length.
Among Korean players, Jeon Inji is receiving the most attention. She secured her third career win on the LPGA Tour at this tournament in 2022. She is challenging for another victory after four years. Until last year, she struggled to achieve good results due to injuries and inconsistent form.
