Clobot: "Acquisition Aimed at Business Diversification"
Doosan has sold its logistics automation subsidiary, Doosan Logistics Solutions (DLS), for 68.5 billion won.
According to the Financial Supervisory Service's electronic disclosure system (DART) on June 23, Clobot announced that it has decided to acquire 100% of Doosan Logistics Solutions (412,428 shares) from Doosan for 68.5 billion won.
Doosan Logistics Solutions was established in 2019 and provides hardware and software technologies for controlling and managing the entire logistics process.
Clobot stated that the purpose of this acquisition is to diversify its business, strengthen its competitiveness in the logistics automation solutions market, and generate synergy by securing management rights.
