KEPCO E&C Reports One Fatality at Employee Accommodation in Romania
Korea Electric Power Corporation Engineering & Construction Company, Inc. (KEPCO E&C) announced through a public disclosure that a fatality occurred at an employee accommodation in Romania.
According to the Financial Supervisory Service's electronic disclosure system (DART) on the 23rd, KEPCO E&C reported through a serious accident disclosure that one person died at an employee accommodation in Constanta, Romania, the previous day.
KEPCO E&C stated that the deceased was found in a state of cardiac arrest on the rooftop of the accommodation, and that the incident was reported to the Ministry of Employment and Labor on the same day.
The company also announced that it immediately activated an emergency response upon recognizing the fatality and dispatched a countermeasure team to the site.
