In order to secure substantial authority and execution power for the Teacher Rights Promotion Office, he plans to expedite the revision of related ordinances, with the goal of fully implementing the policy as early as this September.
His top pledge is not only to protect educational activities but also to substantially enhance teacher rights, operating a system that ensures teachers are properly protected in safe schools and classrooms.
This system will begin with the operation of a Teacher Rights Protection Task Force and will prioritize the deployment of teams including an AI-based integrated civil complaints team, an administrative workload reduction team, a legal support team, and various counseling teams (covering legal, psychological, and administrative support).
The core of this policy is to place the highest priority on protecting schools and teachers in cases where teachers face severe infringements on educational activities, malicious civil complaints, or indiscriminate child abuse reports, ensuring that a dedicated team from the Office of Education provides close support from the moment an incident occurs.
