[New Product Today] "Maximizing Seoritae's Rich Flavor"... Pulmuone Launches 'Special Grade Korean Soy Milk Seoritae'
Follow-Up to Last Year’s “Special Grade Korean Soy Milk”
Made with Premium Variety Seoritae Black Soybeans
Pulmuone has announced plans to expand its soy milk lineup by introducing a new product made with black soybeans, following the success of its "Special Grade Korean Soy Milk," which was widely loved around the summer season last year. The company also intends to steadily increase its use of special grade domestically grown soybeans.
On June 23, Pulmuone Foods announced the launch of "Special Grade Korean Soy Milk Seoritae," which combines the mild flavor and nutritional benefits of special grade Seoritae black soybeans.
The previously released premium soy milk product, Special Grade Korean Soy Milk, became popular for maximizing the mild and nutty flavor of soybeans by using soy juice made with special grade Korean soybeans and adding only sea salt. The product quickly established itself in the market, selling 500,000 bottles in its first month and surpassing a cumulative total of 1 million bottles in just six months, achieving the No. 1 market share in the soy milk category.
Like its predecessor, the new Special Grade Korean Soy Milk Seoritae uses only Seoritae black soybeans that meet the strictest standards for size, absence of foreign matter, and uniformity, qualifying for the highest "special grade" among government-designated standards. The product features Cheongja No. 5, a premium variety of Seoritae, delivering both the rich flavor and nutritional value characteristic of Seoritae black soybeans.
The product contains 99.67% Seoritae soybean juice and only a very small amount of sea salt, used to enhance the natural sweetness of the soybeans. This allows consumers to fully enjoy the authentic nutty taste of soybeans. Additionally, the whole bean—including the skin, okara (soy pulp), and germ—is finely ground to minimize nutritional loss and create a thick, rich texture.
